China Airlines
China Airlines (CAL) (中華航空) is the national carrier and largest airline of the
Republic of China (Taiwan).
It is based at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. As of March 2025, the
airline operates over 1,400 scheduled weekly flights to 178 airports in 29
countries across Asia, North America, Europe, and Oceania.

Airlines has three subsidiary airlines: China Airlines Cargo, a member of
SkyTeam Cargo, operates a fleet of cargo aircraft and oversees the cargo
capacity of its parent airline; Mandarin Airlines operates flights to domestic
and regional destinations with lower demand; Tigerair Taiwan is a budget
airline founded by China Airlines and the Singaporean airline group Tigerair
Holdings, but is now fully owned by China Airlines Group.
