at the arrival terminal.
If you have already left the airport, reach out
to China Airlines’ local office at your destination.
Lost at the
Airport or Lounge
If the item was lost at an airport security
checkpoint, baggage claim, or lounge, contact the airport’s Lost & Found
department. China Airlines does not handle items lost in these areas.

When reporting a lost
item, include:
- Flight details (date, flight number, seat number)
- Item description (color, brand, size, distinctive features)

contact information (phone number and email)
