Ticket Cancellation
Passengers may cancel their bookings via the Thai Airways website, customer
support, or travel agencies (if the reservation was made through an agency).
Certain fare types (such as promotional or economy saver fares) might be
non-refundable or subject to significant cancellation fees.
Business and
First-Class tickets generally allow flexible cancellations with lower fees.
Refund Eligibility & Charges
Refunds are determined
by the fare conditions specified at the time of booking.
Fully refundable
tickets qualify for a full refund (excluding processing charges).
Partially used tickets may qualify for a pro-rated refund after deducting flown
segments and cancellation fees.
Refunds may take between 4 and 8 weeks to
process.
How to Request a Refund
Online: Sign in
to the Thai Airways website, navigate to “Manage Booking,” and submit a refund
request.
Customer Support: Reach out to Thai Airways or visit a ticketing
office in person.
Travel Agency: If your ticket was booked through an
agency, refund requests must be made through the travel agent.
