Refund Eligibility & Charges

Refunds are determined by the fare conditions specified at the time of booking.

Fully refundable tickets qualify for a full refund (excluding processing charges).

Partially used tickets may qualify for a pro-rated refund after deducting flown segments and cancellation fees.

Refunds may take between 4 and 8 weeks to process.
