How to Report a Lost Item

Onboard the Aircraft:

If you realize you've misplaced an item after disembarking the aircraft, reach out to Thai Airways' Lost & Found department at the airport where you arrived.

Be ready to provide information such as your flight number, seat number, a description of the item, and the date of travel.

At the Airport (Check-in, Security, or Baggage Claim):

If you’ve lost something in the airport terminal (outside Thai Airways' responsibility), report it to the airport's Lost & Found office.

For issues with checked luggage, please contact the Baggage Services Desk at the airport.

In a Thai Airways Lounge:

If you've misplaced an item within a Royal Orchid Lounge, directly contact the specific lounge location.

Go to the Thai Airways website and complete the Lost Item Inquiry Form.

You can also call the Lost & Found office at the relevant airport.

Ensure you provide identification and a detailed description of the item to verify your claim.
