Departure Procedures (Domestic Flight) in Indonesia Airports

Step 1: Passengers check their boarding passes at the check-in counter. The number of your check-in counter can be verified on the Departure Flight Board or the flight status can be checked via online system from the Airlines website.

Step 2: Going through security inspection at departure gate, passengers present their boarding passes and their identity documents (National ID Cards or passports) at the security inspection for domestic departures.

Step 3: Proceed to departures hall and wait for boarding with your boarding pass.
