Indonesia Airports Arrival Procedures (Domestic Flight)

Step 1: Passengers disembark and follow the sign leading to the baggage hall.

Step 2: Retrieve your baggage in the baggage hall at the baggage carousel. You can verify the baggage carousel number of your flight from the flight board. In case you can’t find your baggage or the baggage carousel is empty, kindly contact your airline, e.g. Garuda Indonesia, Jetstar, etc. or check at the baggage claim counter.

Step 3: Proceed to arrivals hall.
