Ahmad Yani International Airport Public Transport

Passengers arriving at / departing from Ahmad Yani International Airport have a choice of public transport available.

Bus: Trans Semarang, a bus rapid transit (BRT) of Semarang serve Ahmad Yani International Airport. Expected headway between buses is 15 to 30 minutes (or sometimes more if there is traffic jam). To reach its shelter, you need to walk about 100 m from Arrival Gate. The shelter placed about 20 - 30 m after rail crossings.

Taxi: Taxi are available 24 hours outside the arrival hall. There is taxi counter available at the arrival hall to answer the enquiry. Please note that some public taxis in Semarang can't take passengers in Airport and sometimes require their passengers to walk about 50 meters from arrival terminal in order to take their taxi.

There are also some becak near the airport gate, placed about 50m from arrival gate near airport inner gate.
