Carry-on Baggage

Passengers (except infants) are allowed 2 items of baggage to be carried on board free of charge. The items of carry-on baggage may be a combination of any two of the following: cabin bag or a laptop bag or a handbag.

The cabin bag shall not exceed the dimensions of 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm and must not weigh more than 7 kg.

Baggage that you carry on to the aircraft must fit in under the seat in front of you or in an enclosed storage compartment in the cabin.

Checked Baggage Allowance

Domestic Flights:

Allowance: All fare types include a 20 kg checked baggage allowance.

International Flights:

Seat Fare: Up to 15 kg.
Seat Plus Fare: Up to 20 kg.
Flexi Pro Fare: Up to 30 kg.

Excess Baggage

Pre-Purchase: Additional baggage can be purchased during booking or via the "Manage Booking" section on TransNusa's website.

Rates: Prices vary based on weight and route. For example, on the Jakarta (CGK) to Denpasar (DPS) route, additional baggage fees are:

10 kg: IDR 199,000
16 kg: IDR 299,000
22 kg: IDR 399,000
28 kg: IDR 599,000
34 kg: IDR 799,000
40 kg: IDR 999,000
