If you have lost an item during your journey with STARLUX Airlines, you
can follow these steps to report and recover it:
At the Airport
If you realize you've lost an item at the
airport, you can directly visit the Lost and Found counter at the respective
airport.
If the item is lost on a STARLUX Airlines flight, you should
report it through the Lost and Found services at your arrival airport or contact
STARLUX customer service.
Contacting STARLUX Airlines
If you misplaced an item onboard, you can contact STARLUX Airlines via their
official customer service line or online.
Provide relevant details such
as your flight number, seat number, a description of the lost item, and the time
and place it was lost.
Airport Locations for Lost and Found
Taipei Taoyuan International Airport: Located at the Lost and Found counter
within the terminal.
Other Airports: STARLUX Airlines’ staff will guide
you on how to locate Lost and Found counters at different airports.
Lost Item Recovery Process
Once the Lost and Found
office receives your report, they will search for the item.
If found,
STARLUX will notify you and arrange the return of your belongings. The recovery
process may take a few days, depending on the circumstances.
Important Notes
STARLUX Airlines is not
responsible for items lost beyond their operational areas.
It’s recommended to act quickly and contact the airline or airport Lost & Found
as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of recovering your belongings.
