Passengers traveling with STARLUX Airlines are welcome to bring:
Carry-on Baggage
All passengers are allowed one piece
of carry-on baggage, with a maximum weight of 7 kg. The carry-on must not exceed
55 x 40 x 23 cm in size. In addition to the carry-on, passengers may bring one
personal item such as a laptop, handbag, or a duty-free shopping bag.
Checked Baggage
The checked baggage allowance depends on
the class of service:
- Economy Class: Passengers are allowed 30 kg of
checked baggage.
- Premium Economy Class: Passengers are allowed 35 kg of
checked baggage.
- Business Class: Passengers are allowed 40 kg of checked
baggage.
The maximum weight for each individual checked baggage item is
32 kg. If your bag exceeds this weight, it must be repacked or split into
multiple bags.
Excess Baggage
Passengers with
excess baggage (beyond the allowed weight or piece limit) will be charged an
additional fee based on the route and the excess weight. It is advisable to
check baggage policies at the time of booking to avoid surprises at the airport.
Special Items
STARLUX Airlines also allows special
items like sports equipment, musical instruments, and baby strollers. These
items are subject to additional regulations, so it is recommended to inform the
airline in advance.
