Online Web Check-in

SriLankan Airlines passengers can save time by checking in online. The online check-in service is available starting 48 hours before your flight’s departure and closes 2 hours prior.

To check in online, you will need your Passport, the e-ticket number, or Booking Reference. Once checked in, proceed to the Baggage Drop-Off/Online Check-in Counter with your e-boarding pass at least 90 minutes before your flight’s departure.

Alternatively, you can go directly to the gate with your e-boarding pass 45 minutes before departure.

If you are using a mobile device to check in, the service will be available in English only.

Airport Counter Check-in

If you have a confirmed booking and are departing, you can check in between 3 hours and 60 minutes prior to your flight's departure.

For departures from other airports, the check-in counter timings may vary.

Before heading to the counter, make sure you have all the necessary documents and visas for the countries you will be visiting during your journey.

To ensure timely departure, the boarding gate will close 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
