If you have lost an item during your journey with Sichuan Airlines (四川航空), you
can follow these steps to report and recover it:
Item Retrieval
- Personal Collection: Passengers must
present valid identification and a copy of their ticket or boarding pass when
collecting lost items from the Lost and Found office.
- Authorized
Pickup: If someone else is collecting the item on the passenger’s behalf, a
signed authorization letter is required along with copies of both parties’ IDs
and flight documents.
Important Notes
- Storage
Period: Lost items will be stored for up to 30 days from the date of travel.
Items not claimed within this period will no longer be kept.
- Disposal
Policy: Clothing, bottles, and daily items may be discarded after 30 days.
Perishable goods and food items will be discarded 24 hours after being found if
unclaimed.
- Prohibited Items: Flammable goods, items with strong odors
(e.g., lighters, gas containers, durians), power banks, batteries, or partially
consumed items will not be accepted for safekeeping.
- Delivery Service:
Delivery of lost items is only available for those held at Chengdu Shuangliu
International Airport.
