If you have lost an item during your journey with Saudia, you
can follow these steps to report and recover it:
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers who misplace an item
should report it as soon as possible. There are several methods to file a
report:
At the Airport: Go to the Lost & Found office located in the
arrival terminal or baggage claim area.
Online Form: File a claim via the
official Saudia website, providing flight details and a description of the lost
item.
Call Center: Reach out to Saudia’s customer support or the Lost &
Found department at the airport.
Items Lost Onboard
If an item is forgotten on a Saudia aircraft, passengers should immediately
inform the airline staff at the destination airport. Lost items are typically
kept at the arrival airport for a certain period before being moved to a central
storage facility.
Baggage Issues
For delayed or
damaged baggage, passengers need to visit the Baggage Services desk upon arrival
and submit a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). Tracking information is
available online or through customer support.
Retrieving Found
Items
When an item is found, passengers must present valid
identification and proof of ownership to retrieve it. Items not claimed within a
set period may be disposed of as per airline policy.
For immediate
assistance, passengers should directly contact Saudia’s Lost & Found office at
their arrival airport.
It’s recommended to act quickly and contact the airline or airport Lost & Found
as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of recovering your belongings.
