Passengers traveling with Saudia can Check-in conveniently with the check-in options provided as below:
Online Web Check-in
• Offered for all domestic and
selected overseas flights.
• Only for travelers with a confirmed, valid
electronic ticket.
• Accessible from (48) hours up to one hour before the
scheduled flight departure.
City Ticket Office
You can collect your boarding pass in advance from one of the following city
ticket offices, within 48 hours ahead of the flight departure:
• Makkah
CTO - Al-Shohada
• Riyadh CTO - Alolaya, Main Road
• Riyadh CTO -
Diplomatic Area
• Jeddah CTO - Terminal "C", Former Airport
• Dhahran
Khobar - Gulf Center CTO
• Dammam - Central CTO
If you have checked
baggage, ensure you report to the airport at least 2 hours before the flight.
Airport Check-in
Please ensure your arrival at the
airport is at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure of international
flights and 2 hours before domestic departures. This allows ample time to
complete your check-in process, including baggage drop-off, boarding pass
issuance, and passport formalities smoothly.
Boarding Time
• Check-in counters for all flights will shut 1 hour before the planned
departure.
• Boarding gates for all services will close 20 minutes before the
flight's scheduled take-off.
These policies may differ, however, so you should check with Saudia for its timings, rules and procedure that may apply during
check-in.
