after disembarking, go directly to the airport's Lost & Found office or visit
the Philippine Airlines' local office without delay.
- Provide details
about the item, including a description, and the time and location where it was
lost.
Contacting the Airline
- If the item was
left on the plane, PAL staff can help recover it.
- To enhance the
chances of finding your item, provide your flight number, seat number, and a
detailed description of the lost item.
Online Reporting

lost belongings.
- Visit their official website or call the customer

Claiming Lost Items
- Recovered items are typically
stored at the airport's Lost & Found department or at PAL’s designated office.
