Passengers traveling with Philippine Airlines are welcome to bring:

Carry-on Baggage

Each traveler is permitted one piece of hand baggage that fits either in the overhead compartment or beneath the seat in front, with a maximum size of 56cm x 36cm x 23cm (22in x 14in x 9in) and a weight limit of 7 kg (15 lbs).

Any hand baggage exceeding the specified size or weight will be subject to removal and may incur an Excess Baggage Charge (EBC), if applicable.
In addition to the allowed hand baggage, passengers may bring up to two (2) of the following personal items on board:

• a small shoulder bag
• pocket-sized purse or clutch
• an overcoat, shawl, or travel blanket
• compact camera or field glasses
• laptop in its carrying case
• a modest number of reading materials
• duty-free shopping bag
• baby food for consumption during the flight
• crutches and/or orthopedic aids, walking stick, or similar medical equipment required by the passenger for mobility

These personal items must not exceed a combined measurement (length + width + height) of 45 inches (115 cm) and must be stowed beneath the seat ahead of you. The combined weight for these two (2) personal items must not go beyond 7 kg.

Note: Multiple objects fastened, bundled, or tied together will not be accepted as a single piece of cabin baggage.

Checked Baggage Allowance

The Free Baggage Allowance (FBA) is the total weight of check-in luggage that Philippine Airlines (PAL) permits each traveler to carry, as stated on the travel ticket.

The total mass of checked luggage must adhere to the Free Baggage Allowance specific to the service class and travel route. No single piece of checked baggage should exceed 32 kg (70 lbs). Items over this weight limit must be divided into lighter bags or will be declined for transport. Checked baggage that surpasses the standard dimensions or weight limits will be classified as oversized or overweight, and corresponding Excess Baggage Charges (EBC) will apply.
