Korean Air Lost & Found

If you have lost an item during your journey with Korean Air, you can follow these steps to report and recover it:

Items Left Onboard a Korean Air Flight

If you misplaced an item on the aircraft, notify the Lost & Found office at your arrival airport right away.

You may also reach out to Korean Air’s Lost & Found team located at the airport where you landed.

Items recovered from the cabin are typically stored by airport staff for a limited duration.

Items Lost at the Airport

If you lost something within the terminal, at check-in, or during security screening, get in touch with the airport’s Lost & Found department.

Each airport runs its own Lost & Found service, and Korean Air is unable to retrieve these items directly.

Lost or Delayed Checked Baggage

If your checked luggage does not arrive, report it to the Korean Air Baggage Service Office before departing the airport.

You can monitor your baggage using the WorldTracer system or by calling Korean Air’s support center.

Reimbursement may be available for bags that are not recovered.
