Online Web Check-in

Japan Airlines' online check-in service is accessible for both domestic and international flights from 24 hours up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.

The "QuiC" system for international routes allows travelers to choose seats, complete check-in via the JAL website (Web Check-in), and print their boarding passes ahead of time, helping streamline the boarding process and avoid check-in lines at the airport.

On your travel day, please bring the necessary travel documents, including your printed or mobile boarding pass, e-ticket confirmation, and valid passport. If you do not have bags to check, you may proceed directly to the security checkpoint.

If you need to check baggage, please ensure it is dropped off at the designated baggage counter at least 60 minutes (for international flights) or 30 minutes (for domestic flights) prior to departure.

Note: At certain airports, printed or mobile boarding passes may not be accepted. In such cases, please go to the Japan Airlines check-in counter to complete the check-in process.

International Self Service Check-in Machine (Kiosk)

To simplify the boarding experience, passengers can check in for Japan Airlines international flights using a self-service kiosk. Available services include:

• Flight check-in
• Print boarding passes for those who have already completed web check-in (QuiC)
• Print baggage receipts for the "JAL TEBURA Service"
• Print e-ticket itineraries/receipts
• Print baggage tags (Available at select airports)

Airport Counter Check-in

Please finish check-in at least 60 minutes before departure, and be present at the boarding gate about 30 minutes prior (10 minutes for domestic flights).

Boarding may be denied if you arrive at the gate less than 10 minutes before the flight's departure time.
