For added convenience, Garuda Indonesia provides the following check-in options for passengers:

City Check-in

City Check-in service is available at Garuda Indonesia Sales Office (domestic branch office) which available from 48 to 4 hours before departure time. This service is not available for Eco-Basic passengers.

*This service is currently available at GA Sales Office in Indonesia only.

Web Check-in

Internet Check-in is a convenient service provided by Garuda Indonesia, allowing passengers to complete the check-in process online via the airline’s website.

• Domestic Flights: Available from 24 hours up to 1 hour before departure.

• International Flights (Jakarta – CGK): Available from 24 hours up to 2 hours before departure.

• International Flights (Outside Jakarta): Available from 24 hours up to 4 hours before departure.

This service helps passengers save time at the airport by simplifying the check-in process.

Phone Check-in

Passengers who possess a ticket and/or have made payment online can check in by telephone through the Garuda Indonesia Call Center.

Mobile Check-in

Passengers can check in and make seat selection using Garuda Indonesia mobile app. This service is available for domestic flight within 24-1 hour prior to departure and within 24-2 hour prior to departure for international flight in Jakarta (CGK) and within 24-2 hour prior to departure and within 24-4 hour prior to departure for international flight outside Jakarta.

Internet Check In, Mobile Check In, and Phone Check In services are not available for:

• Passengers without purchased e-ticket
• For infants under 2 years old not occupying a seat
• Passengers who need special assistance at the airport e.g.) customer with pregnant condition, children aged less than 12 years old who travel alone, Unaccompanied Minor (UM), require a wheelchair, stretcher case, or other special handlings in airport.
• Group booking (Passenger booked with more than 9 pax in 1 PNR)
• Passengers with Eco-Basic ticket

General Check-in Information

Passengers are advised to check in at the airport at least 1 (one) hour before departure time for domestic departure and 2 (two) hours before departure time for international departure; however, it is even better to arrive at the airport earlier than expected.
