Young children traveling without a parent or legal guardian are considered to be Unaccompanied Minors. If you are allowing your child to fly alone as an unaccompanied minor, be sure to take every necessary precaution to ensure his or her safety.

EVA Air Unaccompanied Minors Policy

EVA Air offers assistance for unaccompanied minors, ensuring peace of mind when your child must travel alone. The service is compulsory for children aged 5-12 flying without an adult. For children aged 12-18 traveling solo, the service is optional.

Children under the age of 5 are not permitted to travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult. Airlines reserve the right to request age verification for any child.
