If you have lost an item during your journey with EVA Air, you
can follow these steps to report and recover it:
Lost Items Onboard an EVA Air Flight
If you notice that
you've misplaced an item after leaving the plane, get in touch with EVA Air’s
Lost & Found office at the arrival airport as quickly as possible.
The
airline will assist in locating and securing the item if it is found. Items that
remain unclaimed are typically stored for a limited period before being either
discarded or donated.
Lost Items at the Airport or Lounge
If you’ve lost an item at the airport, including at security checkpoints or
immigration, contact the airport's Lost & Found department directly.
If
the item was left in an EVA Air VIP Lounge, reach out to the lounge staff or the
airline’s local office for assistance.
How to Report a Lost Item
Contact EVA Air’s Lost & Found office at the airport where you arrived.
Provide as much detail as possible about the lost item (such as color,
brand, size, and any distinguishing features).
Include your flight
details, seat number, and contact information.
If the item is found, EVA
Air will coordinate either a pickup or shipping (shipping costs may apply).
It’s recommended to act quickly and contact the airline or airport Lost & Found
as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of recovering your belongings.
