If you have lost an item during your journey with Cathay Pacific, you
can follow these steps to report and recover it:
Lost Items at the Airport
If you have lost an item at
the airport (before check-in, security, or after arrival), contact the Lost &
Found office at the respective airport.
Cathay Pacific does not handle
items lost in airport terminals.
Lost Items Onboard a Cathay
Pacific Flight
If you lost an item on a flight, it will be sent
to the Lost & Found office at your arrival airport.
Contact the baggage
services or Lost & Found department at your destination airport.
Lost Checked Baggage (Delayed, Damaged, or Missing)
If your
checked baggage is missing or delayed, report it immediately upon arrival at the
Cathay Pacific Baggage Services Desk at the airport.
You will receive a
Property Irregularity Report (PIR) to track your baggage.
Cathay Pacific
uses WorldTracer to help locate lost baggage.
How to Report a
Lost Item or Baggage Issue

Cathay Pacific Lost & Found page.
- Phone or Airport Office: Contact
Cathay Pacific customer service or the Lost & Found office at your arrival
