If you have lost an item during your journey with Asiana Airlines, you
can follow these steps to report and recover it:
Items Lost Onboard
If you left an item on the plane,
please contact the Lost & Found office at the arrival airport.
Asiana
Airlines does not store lost items centrally, so it is recommended to report the
loss immediately.
Items Lost at the Airport
If
you lost an item at the airport terminal, security checkpoint, or immigration,
contact the Lost & Found office at the respective airport.
Each airport
has its own policies and procedures for handling lost items.
Lost
or Delayed Baggage
If your checked baggage is missing, report it
to the Asiana Airlines Baggage Service counter before leaving the airport.
You will be issued a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with a tracking
number.
You can track the status of your baggage through the WorldTracer
system.
