Asiana Airlines Check-in Information

Online Check-in

You can check in via Asiana Airlines' official website or mobile app 48 hours before departure. For some airports, you may proceed directly to the boarding gate with your mobile/website boarding passes.

Check-in Deadlines:

• Domestic Flights - 48 hours to 30 minutes before departure

• International Flights - 48 hours to 1 hour before departure (for U.S. routes, 24 hours before departure)

Auto Check-in

Auto Check-in allows you to streamline your boarding process for a more convenient travel experience! By opting for this service, your check-in will be automatically completed 24 hours before your flight. If the airport supports mobile boarding passes, it will be sent to you.

Check-in is available from ticketing until 48 hours before departure (30 days for domestic flights, 361 days for international flights prior to departure).

Airport Kiosk Self Check-in

At the airport, you can use the self check-in kiosk (unmanned boarding machine) to select your seat and receive your boarding pass! If you have luggage to check, you can easily and quickly check it at the baggage counter.

Check-in Deadlines:

• Domestic Flights - Up to 20 minutes before departure

• International Flights - Up to 60 minutes before departure

Self Bag Drop

This self-service option allows passengers to check in their bags directly. It's quick and easy—just scan your boarding pass and passport, then check in your bag after attaching the baggage tag. Once done, you’ll be all set for departure.

Airports Using This Service and Locations: Incheon Airport counter F, M2

Hours of Use: Until 1 hour before flight departure (hours of use differ for F and M counters)

Airport Counter Check-in

At the counter, provide your passport and necessary travel documents to be assigned a seat. You will receive your boarding pass at the Asiana Airlines counter and can check in your baggage.

Check-in Deadlines:

• Domestic Flights - 20 minutes before departure

• International Flights - 30 to 60 minutes before departure, depending on the destination

Passengers arriving after the check-in deadline may not be allowed to board. For a smooth experience, it is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your departure time.
