Online Check-in

By using Online Check-in, you will automatically be checked in 24 hours before the departure of your ANA-operated flight, and no check-in process at the airport is required. A check-in notification email (with boarding pass) will be sent to you 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time. Please bring this boarding pass with you to the airport.

When connecting from a Japan domestic flight, a check-in notification email will be sent to you 24 hours before the departure time of your domestic flight. However, seat changes and other adjustments will only be available 24 hours prior to the departure time of the international flight.

Self-service Check-in

Check-in procedures for both your Japan domestic flight and international connecting flight can be completed using the Self-service check-in machines available at the airport.

Available at ANA Group international flights departing from Narita, Haneda, Kansai, Shanghai (Pudong), Beijing, Hong Kong, Seoul (Gimpo), Taipei (Taoyuan/Songshan), Seattle, San Jose, Los Angeles, London, Brussels, Kuala Lumpur, and Sydney airports.

Please note that this service may not be available on certain codeshare flights operated by partner airlines and crews.

SKiP Service

The SKiP service allows domestic flight passengers who have completed their reservation, purchase, and seat assignment to skip the check-in counter and go straight to security.

Passengers who have not completed their reservation/purchase/seat assignment or those unable to use the SKiP service must check in at the airport counter. You can also use a self-service check-in machine located at the airport.

If you have a connecting international flight, please complete your check-in at least 30 minutes prior to departure.

Airport Counter Check-in

ANA recommends arriving at the airport 2 hours before your scheduled departure. Please complete your check-in by 60 minutes before departure time and arrive at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes before departure. You may not be allowed to board after 10 minutes before departure.

Passengers with checked baggage

Passengers checking in baggage should do so directly at the baggage counter at least 20 minutes prior to departure. (Please note that you may be unable to board your flight if you check in your baggage after this point.)
