Online: Visit Air China's official website and go to the "Delayed, Damaged, Lost Baggage Service" section. There, you can access the "Missing Property Questionnaire" to report your lost item.

After Reporting

Confirmation: Once your report is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a report number. Air China will search for your item and notify you of the outcome.

Third-Party Tracking: If you used a tracking device such as an Apple AirTag, you can share the location data with Air China to help locate your item. This feature, part of Apple's Find My app, is supported by several airlines.
