Reporting a Lost Item

website and go to the "Delayed, Damaged, Lost Baggage Service" section. There,
you can access the "Missing Property Questionnaire" to report your lost item.

Contact Air China's customer service for assistance with your lost item. The

Reporting
Confirmation: Once your report is submitted, you will
receive a confirmation email with a report number. Air China will search for
your item and notify you of the outcome.
Timeframe: Unclaimed items are generally held for a
specific period before being disposed of. It is recommended to contact Air China
as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of recovering your belongings.
